Hello, I just had a suggestion for the 'My record' section of the library website. Once logged in to this section there is not an easily visible link to log out of your record. From what I can tell you need to navigate back to the main page to do so. My suggestion is for an easy to find link to log out of 'my record' from this particular location.

I am a little disappointed that management fail to listen to patron suggestions. Summon clearly has potential and has its uses, however the feeling is that it should not be the default, just as encore should not have been a default. Please listen to your patrons whom you are here to provide a service to. Make the basic catalog the default so patrons (i.e. the people whom pay for this service) can perform [cut off]

Summon feedback: 1) I am having big problems with your 'Summons' box as the first thing one meets. It brings up unhelpful information. Can we please have the title/author back as the first port of call? 2) I too, feel that the new default setting of the catalog search to 'Summons' is annoying. Could we please have the old default back? Thank you 3) "Summon it" is terrible, it seems to add nothing and makes it harder to find online textbooks. Could you please make a catalogue search the default option again

We are wondering if the UQ Gatton library is considering lengthening their opening hours. We feel at a disadvantage as at St Lucia the library is open til midnight every night and most of the time it is journals and high use texts we require access to for our Vet assignments. It is hard with our very full schedules to make it to the library in the very limited opening hours. Thank you for your consideration.
