I'm wondering if the noise levels in the SS&H library (Level 1) due to the renovations (from some of the drills) are potentially harmful? I understand that the renovations have to be carried out during normal hours, but maybe the library should look into it? Thank you.

I find it difficult to work at a computer when it is very quiet, but the sounds of iPods can still be heard. It is very distracting. Even when there are consistent noises in the background such as murmuring it is better than silence and iPods. The sound of iPods are emphasised by the silence! Can anything be done about this?
