I am writing to report a very rude library female stuff about 50 years old in the SSH high use loan area. As I was not sure about the renewing method of high use loan and asking about whether I can renew my book, the staff suddenly came and told me to "go away" and saying that she is not going to give me back my book in 15 minutes in a very rude way! I am not happy with how some students occupy places in the library and not use the computer. I wanted to use a computer yesterday and the electronic board said that it was available but when I went to the seat, a student had left stuff there. It is really annoying. Thank you

I ordered doc delivery on Thursday or Friday and the document arrived today! The library in general is great, but document delivery (for articles) in particular has always been exceptional, and is only getting better. Thanks so much.

I've just seen this comment: "A user-customizable search/catalogue main page would be very, very welcome - to make quick links to important books or journals or databases." Great idea, but it would also be wonderful if we were able to organize the lists of books selected from the catalogue by different criteria eg. author's name, or call number (for easy shelf searches!) Thanks for all your work!
