I have a printed copy of a UQ thesis. The printed copy says that I may freely download a digital copy. I cannot do this from your web site without being a student/faculty. All I can do is print a snailmail request form for more printed copies.

Last Night I've returned all my 9 books through the chute at Biology Library, but why I still have one book Checked out and due on the 26 of November? Please clarify because I am leaving Brisbane for 2-3 months.

Weeks ago, I requested an article from a journal held at the Mater branch, and haven't received it. A few days ago I emailed "Ask a Librarian" about it and got [continued] 11:12AM 16-11-07 Terminal 800 [continued] the response (paraphrased) "Contact the Mater branch yourself". I thought this was unhelpful and unsatisfactory, in contrast to the library's usual good service. It should not be my responsbility to chase up requests that have been overlooked.

I suggest to add some online tutorial session of statistical softwares spicially STATA,SAS, and SPSS to the training programs into the uq site
