semester break would be a wonderful time to fix or replace the water cooler on level 5 of Fryer library..it is so noisy that students always turn it off...replacing it could really enhance the "fryer experience"

Can you please fix the toilet paper holder for Level 2 female toilets at the Social Sciences Library? The lid doesn't shut, perhaps it needs to be replaced. Also the tap on Level 1 toilets doesn't turn off very well.

I would like to thank staff who provided me assistance within the library for finding a book which was in the Quarto Section on Level 4 of the Library. When looking for this book, I went to both the High Use Section on Level 1 and Level 3 and was unable to find this book. However after a Staff Member assisted me to look on the catologue, I found out that I misread that the number was within your Quarto Section. It

Hi, Just wanted to feedback on the Up to date trial. I work as a pharmacist at RBWH and I have found it extrememly useful and everyone I know that has accessed it has also found it a great reference. Please please please keep up our access to it as i know there are many staff in the pharmacy who would use up to date on a very regular basis!!

Hi Thanks for your response to my comment about the noise in SSH last week. Actually I was (and am) on level 3 and it is still very irritating. Much of the noise comes from the stairs and lobby area. Phones are used there a lot. Please could you put up some signs asking people to be quiet? Thanks very much

Re: food comments: library books are often read during meals and over coffee when borrowed. I'm sure that that is where most of the problem with food/drink damage occurs!

Just wanted to say that I had most helpful assistance in SSH library today, looking for a book. Library staff actually came up and asked if I need search assistance and also help later with new checkout system. I do appreciate the library.
