In searching the library catalogue, their appear to be mutliple entries for the author Stephen Gill. When searching for this author, entries 1, 5 and 7 are the same author. Could arrangements possibly be made to merge these entries into a single heading?

Hi, the water cooler on level 3 of SSH has a nasty case of the dribbles. Every time one tries to fill one's bottle, the tap dribbles water onto the floor. The leak is from the tap mechanism rather than from the spout. Cheers, and thanks for providing this vital facility!

the regular warning message in the library has changed to "theives operating in the library". previously this was only use when there was an active threat. now that it is used often it is impossible to tell if there is a real threat in the library. can you use this warning only when there is an active gang of theives in the library. thanks

new use of the Fryer library....private study room 8 today am was used for sleeping, changing clothes and the bathroom for taking a sort of shower...is there any way to force an upgrading in the students behavior?
