I have been asking for bins in the Fryer library for almost two years...in the meanwhile the kitchenette disappeared but the library is not cleaner...every drawer of every desk in the "circle' (5th floor) is used as a bin...since the theory (I have no reference for this...) says that bin are useless, could you please ask the cleaners to clean regularly the drawers? I pay my fees also to be educated in a nice and clean

Can you pleaes change the catalog keyword search back so it doesn't assume AND. This makes it impossible to truncate phrases in searches.

Hi, I was trying to use Endnote in the library computers, in Ezone 1 in particular, and I couldn't find the Harvard style set by UQ. Could you please have these installed into the public computers so that we can use them? I am having difficulty trying to use another style because I would much prefer being able to use the UQ Harvard style from the computers rather than wait to go home and reformat my whole biblio ...

The disabled toilets on level 2 SSAH Library are a bit worse for wear and could do with a refurbishment. There is a big hole at the back of the wall where the door handle has gone through. There is no rubbish bin - so people leave rubbish on the floor. Could someone please have a look at it?

Could the staff at the BEL library please continue to enforce the mobile phone policy. The situation has worsened and there is nothing more annoying than people constantly answering their phone. Not to mention the horrible ringtones!

Some computers in the Law Library- are automatically starting at a commercial page- www.lizzy.com.au , which seems to be some sort of internet phone scam. Not sure how to switch the homepage start back to the Library one.
