While using the BEL computer lab, I lucked upon being able to access my Student H: drive at Ipswich. I was most fortunate as it saved me a trip to Ipswich to retrieve a file I had saved there. Why can't the Library computers also be linked up in this way?

Sorry, again about the door locking on the 4th&5th floor in the fryer library. To lock those doors 15 minutes before closing time is very inconvenient for students who want to put their study materials to their locker on the 5th floor. The elevator is very busy before the closing time, and you have to wait for a long time to go only one floor up. It does not ensure the floor clear anyway if it is accesible by the elev
Just wondering whether the consumption of food and drink is permitted in the SS&H at the tables surrounding the ASKIT helpdesk (between the two e-zones and near the cafe)? It seems a popular & very convenient lunch spot for laptop users! Is this allowed?
Seems the pirate study rooms at the DHPSE library have to much lightning propblems - copuld oyu fix please
Since the library has such a vaste and interesting collection, I have certainly made use of during my studies here. However, the major drawback to using the library seems to be the inneficient way that books are checked back in. Just a brief comment to congratulate UQ library and staff for the excellent service supplied. I use many of your services from home over the 'net, and find nearly everything easy to use and problem free. On the odd occasion when I have had a problem, I've found you guys very competent and helpful (by email or in person. Cheers, A happy patron(not customer!).
Fryer library should remain open in their"opening hours". I think they should NOT lock the doors to the stairs in opening hours.Last week and today, I got locked out between the doors of the 4th & 5th while I was carrying my study material to the locker. It was more than 10 minutes before the closing time! Start locking the doors 10-15 minutes before the closing time when there are still over 10 people on the floor l
what has happened to the student displays that were often a feature o the entrance to the library. They were so inspiring and it is such a shame to see them go for something rather dull.
I think the pattern on the "Dell" mouse pads is causing the mouse cursor to jump around the screen occassionally. I have had this problem happen on a number of the computers, all in different libraries on campus.
The keyboard on workstation SSH327 is not working at all.
