The books that I use at present are on level 4 of the SS&H library, but the air-conditioning make this place like a freezing room, so it is almost impossible to sit in one place for very long without adequate clothing, that has to be carried around. Surely there must be something wrong here, so can something be done about this? It seems that the whole SS&H library is now very cold compared to last year.
