I think there is a serious need for a special drop box for books at or near the bus stops at UQ for quicker returns. It is a pain to have to travel halfway accross campus to return a book. even though there are several libraries, they are too far away (in to the campus) when a student will go home after classes or just wants to make a quick book return.

People in the law library are often using the email computers for seemingly endless periods of time. Today (Thursday) a couple of people have work open and have been sitting there just typing away for over an hour. This is incredibly irritating. Is there a way to monitor this?

When using the Westlaw database to download files and email them to myself, I have noticed that the database appears to save the email addresses of previous users. I am concerned about my privacy, namely that my (and other users') email addresses are available to anyone else accessing the resource, and was wondering whether anything could be done about this, either from the Library's end or by contacting the publishe [cut off]

Would it be possible to include the collection (eg. ssh or biol sci) with the call number in the "brief display" for exporting records? It's so irritating to spend half an hour looking for something from a printout, only to discover that it's actually in another library. Thanks so much.

Whenever there is a library staff meeting on the 5th floor at the Fryer library, the library staff members generously help themselves with students chairs. Does anybody care that students might not have a chair to seat?
