Home » EndNote » Import References from a Web of Knowledge Table of Contents Alert | |
On the Web of Knowledge home page, under the heading My Journal List, click on the link Create My Journal List. This will take you to a new page where you can search the journals list and select the titles you wish to include in your table of contents email alert. When specifying the settings for the table of contents alert, be sure to select the E-mail format as Plain Text. When a new issue of one of these journals is added to the database, you will receive an email listing the contents of the issue. Save the email as a text file (*.txt). Download the Web of Knowledge Table of Contents Alert filter from our EndNote Filters page. See the information on that page about where to save the filter. Import the file of references into your EndNote library, using the filter which you have just downloaded. You may prefer to import it into a temporary library, and transfer only the references which interest you into your permanent library.
