The Editor Lists and Editor Names sections under the Bibliography heading can be a little confusing. They are not applicable to references which have the EndNote reference type "Edited Book". In those cases, the formatting of the editor's name is governed by the Author Lists and Author Name sections, which we have already completed.
The Editor Lists and Editor Names panels specify how to format the names of editors in references which have the EndNote reference type "Book Section".
Click on Editor Lists under the Bibliography heading. The first section deals with Separators. As the sample Book Chapter in the Instructions for Authors indicates, our journal uses a comma and a space between editor names, and also before the last editor name. So in the first row, the default data in the Separator between Editors box is correct. However the data in the Separator before last Editor box is not correct. Delete the data in this box, and replace it with a comma followed by a space.
The second row of the Separators section can be ignored. It is not required for most styles.
The second section deals with Abbreviations. It appears that our journal is listing all editor names in the list of references (note that the reference by Böhm in the sample paper lists four editors), so the default setting ("List all editor names") is correct.
