The time taken to supply an item depends on many variables including the accuracy and fullness of the details you supply, and the time spent in transit from the supplier to UQ. All requests are processed as quickly as possible and suppliers are chosen for their reliability and speedy supply.

Follow these steps:
- Add the payment method to the special instructions field of the request form
- Telephone the Document Delivery staff in your branch library to ensure that it is given priority

- Phone - ring 3346 4313 for Mastercard, and Visa payments during Social Sciences and Humanities Library's opening hours
