Marketing Outreach and Corporate Services is one of three functional support services sections for the University of Queensland Library.
- Its chief areas of responsibility are:

The University Librarian is also located within Marketing Outreach and Corporate Services.
The University Librarian is the chief executive officer of the Library, overseeing all functions of the Library and heading the Library Executive. He reports directly to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic). The Executive Manage MOCS, oversees the functions of Marketing Outreach and Corporate Services, and is a member of the Library Executive.

Corporate Services Management
This area is responsible for the financial management of the Library, and for the efficient administration of library facilities to support an effective library service and to enhance the University's reputation as an attractive learning environment and community resource.

Marketing and Community Outreach Services
- This area is responsible for:

- marketing and communication
- promoting Library involvement in UQ activities and events
- overseeing public material for the UQ Library
- managing the UQL Cyberschool and its staff. The UQL Cyberschool is the UQ Library's free educational community outreach program for secondary school students, principals, teacher librarians and parents. The UQL Cyberschool provides access to quality electronic resources for effective teaching and learning through its website www.library.uq.edu.au/schools
Promotions and Publication
The Promotions and Publications Coordinator is responsible for the production of all publicity material for the Library, including information brochures, advertisements for courses, staff newsletters,and the Library's quarterly journal
Phoenix. She is also involved in the coordination of University and Library promotions, such as Orientation Week and UQ Expo, as well as other marketing issues.
Manager, Planning and Projects
This position is responsible for coordinating the Library's quality management program, conducting research and development projects geared to the improvement of Library services, and maintaining the Library's statistics and program performance measurements.
The main duties include Planning and Quality Management; Reporting; Research and Surveys; Intranet content and information management.
