A warm welcome to all first year students and welcome back to returning students. The Library has a some great resources and services to help you make the most of your studies at university.

Get to know your library with a tour. This week in the Social Sciences and Humanities Library we have tours each day at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm. You can also take a virtual tour and see floor plans of our other libraries on and off campus.

My Library will give you access to readings and resources listed for your courses. Log in to My Library via your Blackboard site or watch the My Library video to learn more.

Library classes are available to introduce you to the Library and discovering our resources and to teach you the skills of finding scholarly material for your assignments. Please take a look at our Training page to access this semester's complete programme.

If you can't make it to a class we have Online tutorials with video content that cover the range of library and research skills needed to discover and locate resources for your studies. These are available from your My Library page.
