*Work is continuing on designing theft warning signs for study carrels *LTS are designing a template for creating printer friendly PDF's to be passed on to School IT Staff. Liaison Librarians will also have copies. *Documentation for 2007 Projects need to be completed by April 5 *It is possible to transfer funds from monograph research funds into journal subscriptions. Psychology and Business may be interested. *A diversity week application for $1000 for 2 displays on the May 1967 Referendum and indigenous civil rights, a poster display for Law and online exhibition for Fryer have been submitted. *There will be an Understanding Muslim Students workshop. It was suggested the Librarian who will be looking after international student training in SSAH should attend. *HEW level 7s & 8s should attend training for new online incident reporting system *Whiteboard has been resurrected until problems of accessing Staff Finder have been resolved *Permission forms should be completed when using photographs of people in publicity shots. Forms to go to Suzanne Parker * The Australian Financial Review is no longer available on Factiva. Changes to be discussed at Liaison Librarians meeting. *Staff Card updates will be mentioned at next team meetings. *With Gina leaving, the Virtual tour project will be continued by Patrick, Ryan, Rose and Deb.
