Digging data
Advice on data management is always more useful when it is
discipline-specific. The Archaeology Data Service has
produced a modular guide, Managing Research Data
in Archaeology, that does just that.
Modules cover the following issues as they relate to archaeological research data:
- The data life cycle
- Rights management issues
- eTheses and supplementary digital data
- Archiving
- Data management plans
- Data management on post-doctoral research projects
The guide was produced as part of the JISC-funded Data Train project.
