Exam papers

Query String must contain ...

stub

  • can be whole course code (e.g. biol2001)
  • can be truncated, with a minimum of 2 characters
  • if 2 characters, will search old course codes, up to the year 2000, unless a later endyear is specified.
  • if 4 or more characters, or 3 characters plus an endyear later than 2000, will search 1995 to the present (or the endyear if specified), substituting pre-2000 course codes where necessary.
  • if fewer than 2 characters given, will open a search input form (search.html)

Query String may contain ...

startyear, sy, s will be accepted

  • minimum: 1995 if none specified

  • maximum: current year


endyear, ey, e will be accepted

  • minimum: 1995

  • maximum: current year unless 3-character course code specified, in which case default is 2000

Examples

papers.php?stub=bi

will bring up all current courses beginning "bi", and all pre-2000 subjects beginning "bi" (if any) + all pre-2000 subjects which link into current "bi.." courses.

papers.php?stub=biol2010

will bring up exams for that specific course

papers.php?stub=biol2

will bring up papers for all second-year BIOL subjects

papers.php?stub=biol2010&s=2007

will bring up papers for BIOL2010 from the year 2007 onwards

papers.php?stub=biol2010&e=2007

will bring up papers for BIOL2010 up to the year 2007

papers.php?stub=biol2010&s=2007&e=2007

will bring up papers for BIOL2010 for the year 2007 only.
