This site has been created by the National Chief Health Librarians' Forum to point to some of the resources that might be linked to in a national clinical portal for Australian health clinicians.
It provides links to freely available internet resources that seek to improve the closure of the evidence - practice gap.
This site is a starting point in the provision of a directory of health sites; as the access to critical information resources to support quality clinical practice is sometimes difficult for Australian clinicians.
The website was created and is maintained by librarians at Fremantle Hospital.
