An Australian Learning & Teaching Council project to develop:

'A generic nursing competencies assessment tool ...rating newly graduating Registered Nurses against the ANMC regulatory competencies and employer competencies regarding ‘reasonable’ expectations of new nursing graduates. This tool will be available to all nursing schools across Australia, and could also be used for the assessment of overseas qualified nurses seeking registration in Australia.'
