An online survey is being conducting to provide the opportunity for CKN users to state their opinions about how well they think CKN (and associated library services) perform in relation to what is important to them. Your input will help us to continue striving to ensure that CKN best meets your clinical and research information needs. As a user registered for remote CKN access, we are particularly interested in your feedback.

All survey responses will be treated confidentially and personal information is optional. The collated survey results will be posted under "News" on the CKN home page when they are available. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Those who complete the survey by COB on Thursday 28th May, and are willing to provide contact details will be placed in the draw for the iPod touch. Staff completing the survey but who wish to remain anonymous can enter the competion for the iPod touch by completing the library quiz that will be run during Library Week (25-31 May, 2009). The winner of the I-Pod Touch will be notified on Friday 29th May, 2009.
