The 2008 Australian Medical Students Association (AMSA) executive will consist of 13 medical students; seven from UQ, 5 from Griffith and 1 from Bond. The team traveled to Melbourne and underwent a rigorous selection process and presented a proposal outlining their ideas for AMSA in 2008 and into the future. They must have impressed because they were selected from what was surely a competitive field to represent the 12 000 medical students who form AMSA. Access the full story here
