Ask I.T. Computing Help at Gatton

Ask I.T. supports students in their use of I.T. for university work. This includes help connecting mobile devices to the university's wireless network, eduroam and student account issues such as passwords. You can find out more about the services Ask I.T. provides on the website.

Gatton's Ask I.T. Help Desk is located on the lower level of the library, near the Printer and during semester help is available from 10am to 4pm.

During O Week and Week 1, we will also be providing extra help with connecting mobile devices to the eduroam network. If you are having trouble connecting your Mac computer or any other mobile device you can get troubleshooting help at the following times.

Friday 24 February 10-11am
Monday 27 February 10-11am
Tuesday 28 February 2-3pm
Wednesday 29 February 10-11am
