Did you know that increasing numbers of recently published books are available online?

A recent focus of the UQ Library has been to extend the e-book collection. Staff and students will find that some set text and recommended readings are also available in the e-book format.

E-books are: portable (read anywhere with your Laptop, PC or Mobile!), an easy way to access high demand items (particularly when the library copies may be out on loan), full-text, printable and easily searchable.

Some of the e-books that are available include:

Ecological applications: toward a sustainable world Genetically modified plants: assessing safety and managing risk Environmental sciences: a student's companion Knowing your horse: a guide to equine learning, training, and behaviour Equine emergencies: treatment and procedures

You can access the e-books by searching for the title in Summon or the Library Catalogue.
