myMail+ and login.uq.edu.au
One of the most common enquiries at the Ask I.T. desk
this semester has been from students not being able to get to their
myMail+ on library computers. In most cases, this is because they
needed to log into the Internet Traffic Management System
first.
We recommend that you login to Internet Traffic before you login to
myUQ. A quick link to the login can be found under
‘Important Info’ on the myUQ login page. Clicking on
the ‘myMail+ and login.uq.edu.au’ link
results in a popup window where there is a link to the login.
Alternatively, you can open another Tab in the browser and go to
login.uq.edu.au.
Students who are still having problems getting their email can get
help at the Ask I.T. desk on
the lower level of the library.
