At times websites can be difficult to navigate. It can feel like you spend hours just finding the information you need. UQ Library recognises users want a quick way to find the answers to their questions, and so we have developed a new Help page.

The Help page has been divided into different sections for ease of navigation.

How do I...?: This section provides answers to frequently asked questions, such as opening hours, using your student card and accessing Blackboard. The How do I...? page is designed to support those new to the UQ Library, as well as repeat users.

Assignments: In this section Library users can discover how to start the research, find books and journal articles, use the databases and reference correctly.

Subject Guides: Liaison Librarians have developed guides for finding books, journal articles, using databases, relevant Internet and specialised information resources in each subject area.

Borrowing: Find out all about borrowing, including loan times, requesting items and overdue penalties.

Training: The Library provides face to face training classes and access to online information and tutorials.

IT Help: Did you know you can email, phone or visit the Ask IT desk.

So take the time to have a look at the Help page.
