Congratulations to the winners of the 2011 Nobel Prize in Physics.

Saul Perlmutter, Brian Schmidt and Adam Riess received the award for their studies of supernovae, showing that the universe is continuing to expand at an accelerated rate rather than slowing down as had been anticipated.
