Are you studying off campus and need help from the library? There are a range of ways you can contact library staff for assistance. The library is here to help you with all aspects of your study and research - all you need to do is decide which method is the best for you to Ask the Library!

You may wish to chat online with a friendly library staff member. Our Ask the Library Chat is available from 12pm - 4pm Monday - Friday, except public holidays. Need help outside these times? Simply enter your question into the chat box to send it in as an email query, and we will get back to you ASAP!

You are also most welcome to telephone or your branch library during opening hours with any questions relating to accessing and using the library.

These options mean you can always access library assistance when you are off campus - all you have to do is ask! We look forward to hearing from you.
