UQ's ilab, has launched a new program called Germinate. Germinate aims to provide support and funding for entrepreneurial people to translate ideas into businesses. Up to $20,000 funding is provided to build prototypes, cut code or test systems in order to develop a product and business.

The program is flexible, so students can pursue their idea in the holidays and spare time. Check out the ilab website for further details on how to grow your idea www.ilab.com.au

Applications close Friday 8 June 2012, and the program commences Monday 25 June.
