Lonely Planet is offering 13 of its European iPhone guides free, as part of a Volcano Relief Sale. Designed to help passengers stranded because of the ash clouds over Europe make the most of their extra time in an unknown city, the apps are available to anyone with an iPod Touch or iPhone. Cities covered are Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Budapest, Copenhagen, Istanbul, London, Moscow, Munich, Paris, Rome, Stockholm and Vienna.

You will have to hurry - these guides are only free until midnight US time April 22nd!
