Learn.UQ Assessment
Learn.UQ can be used to host, or submit, a range of course assessment items. This can include: sitting a test/quiz, submit an essay or a range of file types, provide links to online content or to upload and submit a video. You can also check your grades.
Quizzes and tests
Tests/quizzes are online assessment that can be scheduled to test your knowledge throughout your course. Give yourself plenty of time and ensure you're using a reliable internet connection!
Blackboard Assignments
Blackboard assignments are used to submit individual or group assignments. You can submit a range of files or links to content.
TurnItIn Assignments
TurnItIn assignments are used to submit text based assignments like essays. The files are scanned for plagarism and a Similarity Report is generated.
Video assignments
Video assessment items may be submitted in a couple of ways depending on the assignment instructions:
- They can be uploaded to the Learn.UQ Kaltura media server and linked into a Blackboard assignment
- They can be uploaded to an external video service like YouTube or Vimeo and linked into a Blackboard assignment
Check your grades
On the Learn.UQ Welcome page:
- Click My Grades in the Tools box
- Select your course
