Print to PDF
Did you know that you can convert Microsoft Office documents to Adobe PDF files by using the print command?
Follow these steps...
- Open your document, then from "File" menu, select "Print".

- A print dialog box will appear. Click on the printer name drop down list
and select Adobe PDF as your printer.

- Click on the "OK" button.

- A "Save" dialog box prompt you to enter the location where you will like
to save the Adobe PDF file. Click on the "Save" button anf the PDF conversion
process will start.

You can also use the "Convert to Adobe PDF" command button on the tool bar to do the Adobe PDF conversion.
Follow these steps...
- Open your document, then on the "Adobe PDF" toolbar select the "Convert
to Adobe PDF" command button.

- If you have not saved your document, a prompt will appear informing you
that Adobe PDFMaker needs to save the document before continuing. Click on
"Yes" to process.
- A "Save " dialog box prompt you to enter the location where you will like
to save the document. Enter the details and click on the "Save" button.

- A "Save" dialog box prompt you to enter the location where you will like
to save the Adobe PDF file. Click on the "Save" button and the PDF conversion
process will start.

Print to PDF Ipswich
- Open the document to be converted, choose File from the top menu, click
Print (Ctrl+P).

- On the Name drop down box choose the PDF Creator.

- A new PDF Creator Dialogue box will open.
- Fill out the details you require for the document properties and click
the Save button.

- Choose a location to save the PDF Document to eg The My Documents
Folder.

- Click on the Save button to create the PDF Document. The PDF creator icon
will be displayed while the PDF is being created.

- The completed PDF Document will then open in Adobe Acrobat reader.
