On campus I cannot see my H drive or, for that matter, any network drives. What can I do?
If you cannot see your network drive at all, firstly shutdown and restart that computer. This should reload the network drives.
Try logging in on another machine to see if your H drive appears. If the H drive still fails to appear there may be a general network failure. Please inform the staff at the Ask I.T. Information Desk, Building 8, so the problem can receive urgent attention.
What do I do if it is not my H drive?
It could be that you have failed to log in to that machine. Please check that you have logged in to that machine and not another student who has failed to log out. (Press CTRL & ALT & Delete) and check that it is your username which is listed.
If you are a current student that is enrolled in programs across more than one campus you will have to decide which Campus will store your H drive. Contact the Ask I.T. Staff for more details.
