The Ask I.T. Help
Desk is the one stop location to support students in their use of I.T. for
University work.
There are three Help Desk
locations :
- Duhig Building (Bld #2), level 2, St. Lucia campus
- UQ Gatton Library (Bld #8102), level 1, Gatton campus
- UQ Ipswich Library (Bld #8), level 2, Ipswich campus
Some of our highly requested services include:
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics for UQ student network services:
- Configuring and troubleshooting Eduroam Wireless.
- Student Account Issues (passwords and access to UQ Online student services).
- Access to UQ Network student drives.
- Troubleshooting network printing issues.
- Providing training and help for
UQ software

- Microsoft Office Suite
