Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Over a one month period every 2 years, the Library conducts a customer satisfaction survey.
The survey covers the areas of:
- Communication
- Facilities and equipment
- Library staff
- Service delivery
- Service quality
The reports are available for perusal in hardcopy in all library branches and via the web.
We value your opinions and are using the results of the survey to improve our services.
