Marketing, Outreach, and Corporate Services is one of three functional support services sections for The University of Queensland Library.

Its chief areas of responsibility are:

University Librarian

The University Librarian is the Chief Executive Officer of the Library. The University Librarian oversees all functions of the Library and leads the Library Executive. The position reports directly to the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor of The University of Queensland.

Marketing and Community Outreach

This area is responsible for:

Marketing and Communications
Promoting Library involvement in UQ activities and events
Overseeing public material for the UQ Library
Managing the UQL Cyberschool

The Library's Graphic Designer works with the Marketing Manager to produce all publicity material for the Library including information brochures, advertisements, staff newsletters, and the Library's magazine Phoenix.

The UQL Cyberschool is the UQ Library's educational outreach program for secondary school students, principals, teacher-librarians and parents. The UQL Cyberschool provides access to quality electronic resources for effective teaching and learning.
